		<description>Vincent,  Thanks for the shout out - very much appreciated :)  I think you have some great points here - sure, business as usual may keep your customers, but if you go out of the way to show a bit of personal service, you can build something much stronger - loyalty.  Your examples show that sometimes its the little things that both build loyalty and shape our business choices.  Nice post!</description>
